If one wants to lose weight, but not feel hungry, is it a good proposition to eat a box of tissues for lunch?

No ... no. Get yourself some psyllium husks (any health food shop will sell them in bulk) and mix them with a flavouring agent - one of those 'slimming' milkshakes, for example - that'll swell up inside you and gve you lots of volume and fibre. (Drop a little into some water and watch it swell up if you don't believe me).
