Whys he hurting me like this?

hi iv been with my bf 9 years and had loads of rows and thew him out due to stress .he has moved in with his sister. she has told him get rid of me and has told him family or me . i know he loves me but scared of the family too. he said he wanted to take me out and not let the family know .and hes scared to answer his phone because his sister dont want him to talk to me if my names mentioned she goes mad .im worried iv lost him i cant eat sleep nothin , she wont let us talk nothin i called him and told him dont hide me away its not right then he said find somone eles familys more important at the mo ,his daughter deleted his fb so i cant speak to him and then she deleted me too do you think this is over for me i love him he knows this and i know he loves me too hes been playin mind games kissin me invitin me in his flat the lot until the other day we rowed because of what his sisters doin and that he lets her and dont stick up for his self . hes now switched his phone off the lot , i took a letter sayin sorry i dont think he got it she did and binned it im havin money problems and asked him for money for his dog he left with me to help feed it he hasnt gave me nothin im struddling to keep my head above water , iv always looked after him see him throu a 4 way byp got him back to health fed him done his pills the lot i even sat outside therter for 10 hrs when they took him for op i couldnt leave him ,i love him that much . he said the other day his sister was ill after an op 4 mths ago she had a bag on her side and he cant leave her as she was there for him when he had byp he forgets that i was too , im on nerve pills now he walked out when i needed him im heart broken what would u do with the dog iv got 3 of my own please help because i dont know if he will ever come back the longer he stays away the more they fill his head ,i dont think the family have ever liked me because the age gap im 41 hes 56
