What kind of old school skateboard should i get?

i want to buy an old school skateboard. but i don't have the slightest clue as to what is the difference between any of the styles. i want a board that is wide, but not huge, and i could Ollie curbs and stuff with. any advice or tips with the lingo and stuff?
