Period like pain when trying to get pregnant?

I am not gonna get your hopes up sweetie as it may be your period or your bowels but before i knew i was pregnant i had period pains for just over 2 weeks, i remember saying to a friend i just wanna come on as i fed up of the pain. Well i did not come on & then i started feeling sick too. I tested & it came up a positive : ) when i went to see my midwife i was only just 5 weeks preggers so i started getting the symptoms really early. Fingers crossed for you hun. Just do a test. xx
