Is Marijuana use in LA really as widespread as shown on TV?

I am not from LA but I do not need to be to tell you that smoking weed is wide spread EVERYWHERE!!! believe it or not your doctor, therapist, police officer, and school teacher most likely toke up now and again. The only harm that comes from pot is that we do not want to tax yet another thing in our world..that and busting people for it keeps revenue coming into the government..the end.
