Does anybody know the title of an 80's or early 90's B-horror movie?

It was about this woman scientist that tries to stay young by some fluid from peoples brains and it works but then she turns into an incredibly ugly monster when the dose starts to wear-off. She was really grotesque and the violence was really gory. I don't remember it being too good, but I do recall the monstrosity she turns into was very interesting.
