IPOD TOUCH ICON DISAPEAR?

ive recently instaled love dice on my ipod touch 2g and played it . but after a while the icon disapeared . i have jailbroken my ipod so i have ifile witch can browse my ipod sys files and i can find the game but i cant find the games icon on desktop. i had instaled categorier witch helped me to create folders in ipod maby thats the problem but id uninstaled it still cant find icon i reinstaled love dice many times icon still doesnt appear plz help. sry for my bad english
