Should I get russian dwarf hamsters or chinese hamsters?

I used to have a Chinese Hamster. It lived alone, was very sweet, and rarely bit. Now, I want two hamsters in the same cage. I would like them to be active, easily handled, loving, and non biting!! I want 2 males and I will name them Louie and Felix. Sooo.... russians or chinese??
