For someone to be a , to me has to be both slutty and dresses inappropriately. If you think of it, someone might want to wear more revealing clothes because she's trying to get people to see her different or to feel ier or to feel better about herself. That doesn't mean that she's a , because she might be the nicest, most sweetest person you've ever met. And A person who's slept with 15 guys in a month can be anyone who's not counting.
