Where is a supercharger installed in an aircraft motor?

I'm just a bit confused, I thought that MAP is lower than the atmospheric pressure on purpose so it basically gets the fuel out of the tank (as in a Carburettor). So if you supercharge it you increase the pressure above atmospheric pressure, so how is the fuel injected? So the supercharger must be located after the carburettor?
